Iced Wine
A touch of luxury
The best Pinot Noir grapes has been selected and afterward been frozen by -13°C. They were pressed while still frozen. Ice crystals remain in the press, while concentrated juice flows out. The resulting wine resembles iced wine. At special moments, in a dignified atmosphere, iced wine is enjoyed in noble glasses by little sips. The full bouquet unfolds by a temperature of 14° to 15°C.
Pinot Ruby
liqueur red wine
Nice flavours of berries and cherry. It is a sweet red wine. Spicy tannins with a slightly sweetness. While vinification there is distilled grape spirit added. The addition of the high-alcohol spirit stops fermentation and “fortifies” the wine. Aged 12 months in the barrel. Vol. 20%.
Large bottles
Pinot Noir Magnum (1,5 liter) or double Magnum (3 liter).
Produced on order we prepare bottles till 12 liter. On desire we print our label’s with your individual congratulations.
Fine Brandy
This pomace brandy is made out of the best quality of grapes.
Gently produced in the oven out of three grape varieties.
Content: 75cl, 41 % Vol. alc.
Fine Brandy Barrique
This pomace brandy is made out of the best quality of grapes.
Gently distilled out of three grape varieties. Subsequently matured for six years in Barrique.
Content: 20cl, 50cl or 150cl, 41 % Vol. alc.
Marc
This Marc is made out of the best quality of pomace.
Made by distilling the skins, pulp, seeds, and stems (i.e. the pomace) left over from winemaking after pressing the grapes.
Content: 75cl, 41 % Vol. alc.
Lie
This Lie is made out of the best quality of fine lees.
Lees refers to deposits of dead wine yeast or residual yeast and other particles that precipitate, or are carried by the action of “fining”, to the bottom of a vat of wine after fermentation and aging.

Wine Brandy
This Wine Brandy is made out of high quality wine.
After vinification the wine is distilled. With this production method it receives its special flavour.

Red Wine Vinegar – Isetto
Pinot Noir Red Wine Vinegar.
Fermentation and three-year-maturation in Barrique concentrates extract, mineral and flavouring substances with an ideal conservation of the fruit acid. Only little amounts are necessary for flavouring and optimizing the taste of meals. Excellent results by flavouring of vinegar sauce or salads.
Acidity: 7 %, content: 50cl
